This "Practical Applications of TA for CCR&Rs" course is the fourth in the TA series which builds on the previous three TA Modules: Technical Assistance (TA) 101, Best Practices and Models of TA for CCR&Rs and Best Practices on TA Delivery and Assessment for CCR&Rs. This fourth module will focus on specific TA techniques proven to effect change in programs, practices and the quality of care provided by the workforce. This module will also highlight the importance of effective communication in providing TA, overcoming resistance to TA and having difficult conversations.
