How do I log in to CCAoA’s Learning Center?
Please use the same login as your CCAoA Member login. Not a member? Click here to join today. Or create a free "Nonmember" account and pay the nonmember rates for training programs.

I already created an account, how do I log in?
If you have already created an account or you are already a member of CCAoA, you must first log in on our main website, Then you can log in to the Learning Center. Please note, your CCAoA membership and the Learning Center share the same credentials.

I don’t remember my member login and password.
Visit to reset your password using your email address.

Do I need to be a member to register for an event or purchase a CCAoA program?
You are not required to be a CCAoA member to register for events or purchase CCAoA programs. CCAoA members receive a discounted rate on events and programs. You do need to be a member to access member-exclusive content.

How much do online trainings cost?
CCAoA trainings and course fees vary. CCAoA members can access many of our trainings and courses for free or at a discounted rate.

I created my Nonmember Account. Now What?
Use your new Nonmember username and password to log in to the Learning Center.

  1. Select the product you’re interested in.
  2. Select the Register button. You will either be automatically registered for a free product, if applicable, or you will be prompted to pay a fee.

Once you're registered, you can immediately access your program.
For live webinars, you will receive a confirmation email and, later, up to two reminders with the login for the live webinar.

How do I access a webinar or webinar recording which I registered for?
Log in to the Learning Center and visit My Dashboard (see top of any page). All of your registrations are stored. You can access recordings immediately and anytime. Note, you will receive email reminders in advance of live webinars.

Will I have issues joining a live webinar?
Our webinars work on all devices. Please run this system diagnostic test to ensure your computer/device and network connections provide you with the best possible webinar experience.

How can I access recorded webinars and other resources?
Live webinars will be available on-demand 3-5 days after the live event. We'll send you an email notification when the recording becomes available.

After receiving the email confirmation, go to My Dashboard (note, you must be logged in), this page will display your purchased or registered items.
You'll find the recorded webinar and related resources under the "Contents" tab.

Need Technical Issues During a Live Webinar?

How often can I return and review a purchased product?
As often as you like within 365 days. You will see all the products you are registered for, and all the sessions added to your account on your dashboard. You can watch webinar recordings 24/7.

When does my access expire?
All purchased licenses expire one year after the purchase date. Course content can be accessed for as long as the user license is active; however, please note that Certificates of Completion will only be issued with the initial completion date.

Can I get a get certificate for programs?
In most cases, our webinars and recordings offer a Certificate of Completion after you have successfully completed a post-webinar quiz. Cancellations, Refunds, or Transfers

Can I cancel my order?
Paid products are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have registered for a live course, you may have the option to transfer to a future course or substitute your registration for another person. If you cannot attend a live webinar, you will have access to the video recording after the webinar is over. Please contact CCAoA staff to make one of these changes.
