How do I log in to CCAoA’s Learning Center?

Do I need to be a member to access the Learning Center? 
Anyone can join the CCAoA portal as a member or as a guest/non-member. However, CCAoA members receive a discounted rate on most products in the Learning Center. 

How do I access CCAoA’s on-demand content? 

Please use the catalog in the right-hand sidebar to search CCAoA’s on-demand presentations and courses. There are many search features at the top of the catalog to help you review our on-demand content so you can find the presentations you prefer. You can sort by our learning tracks, or for free content.  

Once you find a course or free presentation you like, please register for it. Then you will be able to access it by using “My Dashboard” (also located in the right-hand sidebar).  

What is the price range for your on-demand presentations? 
Fees for CCAoA’s on-demand presentations and courses vary. Variation in pricing can be impacted by external funding we receive to do our work. We strive to offer 1 hour of content at $45 for members and $60 for non-members. While this is our goal, some of our products will cost less and some more due to how the product is developed. Please browse our catalog for specific pricing for each product. 

How often can I view a purchased product? 
You can view a purchased product as often as you like within 60 days after enrolling in the presentation or course 

When does my access expire? 

Our on-demand content that is ONE HOUR long will expire 60 days after the purchase date. More extensive courses (e.g., CCAoA’s Essentials Series) have a longer period of availability. 

Will I receive a certificate of completion? 
We offer a Certificate of Complete for most purchased courses or presentations. Our free on-demand content may not always include a Certificate of Completion. 

Can I cancel or transfer my order? 
Paid on-demand presentations are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

If you have registered for a live course, you may have the option to transfer to a future course or transfer your enrollment to a colleague. Please email us at learnmore@usa.childcareaware.org for more information. 

If you cannot attend a live webinar, you will have access to the recording after the webinar is over
